FTL / LTL

A format that matches the volume

FTL

FTL — a truck for your cargo

A dedicated vehicle for a full load. The truck goes straight to the DC with no intermediate reloading.

How delivery works

Prepared so the DC accepts the delivery the first time

01

Intake and pickup

We receive pallets at an RFL warehouse or collect them from your site in Moscow and the Moscow Region. Quantity, packaging and labelling are checked.
02

Consolidation

Lots from different suppliers are combined on one truck and built to the DC pallet rules.
03

Pallet and stack check

1200×800 mm or 1200×1000 mm, height and weight to the chain rule. Cartons sit in tight rows and do not overhang the pallet.
04

Stretch film and labels

Film is wrapped crosswise, without tears. Labels follow the specific chain and are checked with a scanner.
05

Documents

TORG-12, UPD, discrepancy acts, certificates and declarations. The pallet sheet carries the barcode, SKU, quantity, expiry date and storage conditions.
06

Advance notice and time slot

We notify the DC, book the unloading window and watch the arrival. If the truck may be late, we warn the client and the chain in advance.
07

Handover at the DC

The forwarder passes the documents, stays for unloading and the count, and records quantity or packaging discrepancies.
08

Geography and chains

Moscow, the Moscow Region and the regions of Russia. X5 (Pyaterochka, Perekrestok), Magnit, Lenta, Auchan, Metro, Dixy and other federal and regional chains.
