Consent to personal data processing

Consent is given freely, by my own will and in my own interest, by ticking the field on a form at https://rfl.ru before it is sent. The form cannot be sent without that tick.

Consent covers the form I send: a quote, a question to an expert, a comment, or another feedback form on the website.

The set of data depends on the form:

• a quote — name, phone, email, company, selected service, approximate volume, a comment, and a file if I attach one;
• a question to an expert — name, a contact for the reply, and the question;
• a comment — name, email, and the comment text;
• technical visit data the browser sends, to the extent described in the personal data processing policy.

I do not provide special categories of personal data or biometric data, and the website does not ask for them.

I agree to processing so that the operator can:

• contact me about a request, clarify the brief, and prepare a reply or a quote;
• answer a question sent through the blog;
• publish a comment after moderation — only the name and the text are shown;
• conduct pre-contractual correspondence and, if a contract is signed, perform it;
• collect depersonalised visit statistics.

I allow the operator to collect, record, systematise, accumulate, store, update, extract, use, provide access to, depersonalise, block, delete, and destroy my data.

Processing is mixed, with and without automation. Databases that store form submissions are located in the Russian Federation.

I agree that form data will go to Bitrix24 CRM, the system without which the operator cannot handle the request. Processing there takes place on servers in the Russian Federation under a contract that requires confidentiality and compliance with Law No. 152-FZ.

Yandex Metrica may receive depersonalised visit data. It does not receive the name, phone, email, or message text. Cookie rules are in the cookie policy.

Other disclosure is possible only to public authorities to the extent expressly required by Russian law. There is no cross-border transfer.

Consent runs from the moment the form is sent until I withdraw it or until the retention periods in the personal data processing policy expire, whichever comes first.

I may withdraw consent at any time by writing to sales@fresh-logic.ru or by post to 140070, Moscow Region, Lyubertsy district, Tomilino, Pionerskaya st., 1B. The notice should include my full name and the contact left in the form.

The operator stops processing and destroys the data within thirty days of the withdrawal, unless the law or a current contract requires longer storage. Withdrawal does not make earlier processing unlawful.

By ticking the field and sending the form, I confirm that I understand this consent, that I have read the personal data processing policy and the user agreement, and that the information I provided is accurate.

If the message names another person’s contacts, I confirm that I have that person’s consent to pass those details to the operator.

This version of the consent is effective from 8 September 2026.
