User agreement

This agreement sets the terms of use of https://rfl.ru and all of its sections. The website belongs to ООО «Логистика для Вас» (RFL brand), the “website owner”.

Using the website — viewing pages, reading the blog, sending forms — means the visitor accepts these terms. A visitor who does not accept them should stop using the website.

The agreement does not need to be signed. The version published at the time of use applies.

The website is an information resource about RFL logistics services. Descriptions of services, warehouse specifications, capabilities, timelines, and project examples are provided for reference.

Information on the website is not a public offer under article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Sending a form and receiving a reply do not create a contract. Scope, timelines, quality, and price are fixed only in a contract signed by the parties.

Prices are not published: the cost depends on volume, cargo, temperature, turnover, and the set of warehouse and transport operations, so a quote is prepared individually.

The owner keeps materials up to date and may change services, site specifications, and page content without prior notice.

The website as a composite work and its elements — page texts and blog articles, photographs and video of warehouses, illustrations, design, software, the RFL trade name, trademark, and logo — are protected by intellectual property law. Exclusive rights belong to the owner or are used on a lawful basis.

Without written permission, visitors may only view materials and save or print them for personal non-commercial use.

Without written permission it is forbidden to:

• copy, reproduce, or adapt materials for publication elsewhere;
• use RFL materials, the logo, or the trademark commercially, in advertising, or in one’s own products;
• present the materials as one’s own or remove the source and authorship;
• scrape the website in volumes that burden its operation.

Quoting website texts is allowed to the extent justified by the purpose of the quotation, with the title of the material and an active direct link to the source page that is open for indexing.

Republishing a material in full, placing video and photographs on third-party resources, and use in the media require a separate agreement with the owner.

The website has forms for a quote, a question to an expert, and a comment on a blog post. By sending a form, the user confirms that the information is accurate and that the user may share it. If the message names a third party’s contacts, the user confirms that person’s consent.

When using forms it is forbidden to:

• post advertising, spam, or commercial offers unrelated to the request;
• publish insults, threats, calls to unlawful action, or materials prohibited by Russian law;
• send malicious files or links, or information that is a legally protected secret of a third party;
• disrupt the website, including by automated repeated submissions.

Comments are published after a moderator reviews them. The owner may refuse publication, edit formatting, or delete a comment that breaks this agreement, without explaining the reason.

By leaving a comment, the user grants the owner a free right to place the text on the website and in related materials to the extent needed to run the blog. Authorship stays with the user. The comment is deleted on request.

Personal data received through forms is processed as described in the personal data processing policy at https://rfl.ru/politika-obrabotki-personalnyh-dannyh/.

The website is provided “as is”. The owner does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and is not liable for losses caused by interruptions, technical failures, telecom providers, or force majeure.

Blog materials reflect the expert opinion of the company’s specialists and do not replace legal, tax, or accounting advice. Decisions based on those materials are the user’s own and are taken at the user’s risk.

The website may link to third-party resources. The owner does not control their content and is not liable for it or for following such links.

Nothing in this agreement limits the owner’s liability to the extent such a limitation is not allowed by Russian law.

This agreement and relations arising from use of the website are governed by the law of the Russian Federation.

A dispute is first handled by a claim sent to sales@fresh-logic.ru or by post to 140070, Moscow Region, Lyubertsy district, Tomilino, Pionerskaya st., 1B. The reply period is thirty calendar days from receipt.

If the claim does not resolve the dispute, it is heard by a court under Russian law.

The owner may change the agreement unilaterally. A new version takes effect when published at https://rfl.ru/polzovatelskoe-soglashenie/, unless it sets a later date.

The user follows the changes. Continued use after publication means acceptance of the new version.

This version is effective from 8 September 2026.
