Cookie policy

Cookies are small text files the website stores in the visitor’s browser. They let the site work correctly, remember the choice in the cookie notice, and avoid counting one visit several times.

The website also uses the browser’s local storage to remember the visitor’s choice in the cookie banner. The operator is ООО «Логистика для Вас» (RFL brand), website https://rfl.ru.

The website uses two groups:

• necessary cookies remember whether the visitor accepted or rejected analytics cookies. Without that record the banner would appear on every visit. These files are not sent to advertising networks;
• analytics cookies are set by Yandex Metrica (counter No. 111499971) only after the visitor clicks “Accept”. The counter does not start before consent.

The website does not use advertising or marketing cookies.

Yandex Metrica collects depersonalised visit data: pages viewed, depth, traffic source, device and browser type, and cookie identifiers.

The service does not receive the name, phone, email, or the text entered in forms. The data shows which sections visitors use, so the website can be improved.

The banner choice stays in the browser until the visitor deletes it. Yandex Metrica sets the lifetime of analytics cookies, usually long enough to tell a new visitor from a returning one.

Statistics are stored for the period set by the service, on the service’s side. The operator does not sell this information and does not share it for advertising.

“Reject” in the notice at the bottom of the page means analytics cookies are not set and Yandex Metrica does not start. “Accept” allows analytics.

Cookies already stored can be deleted in the browser settings. The website remains available, and the notice appears again. Yandex Metrica can also be blocked with the service’s official browser add-on.

Refusing cookies does not affect data the visitor submitted through a form. That processing is described in the personal data processing policy and in the consent to personal data processing.

The operator may change this policy if the cookies or connected services change. A new version takes effect when published at https://rfl.ru/politika-cookie/, unless it sets a later date.
