How storage works
Storage under customs control
Receipt and placement under customs control
We receive the shipment, check quantity and packaging, and record discrepancies. Goods are placed in location-controlled storage inside the customs-control zone.
Warehouse operations before release
Receipt, storage under customs control, Chestny ZNAK labelling, co-packing, repacking, stickering and promotional sets.
Documents and the customs process
We document storage under customs control. The client receives reports on goods movement and operations, including the bonded-warehouse report on form Import-40 and the accompanying documents on the agreed list.
Release and onward movement
After customs procedures are complete we release the goods. Dispatch to the consignee follows the agreed schedule.
Storage or transport to the client warehouse
We ship goods to an RFL warehouse for responsible storage or hand them to transport. Statuses are visible in one WMS and in the client account.
