We work as one team
At RFL everyone is responsible for their part of the process, but the overall result always depends on how well we work together. Warehouse, logistics, customer service, IT and other teams constantly interact, so open communication, mutual support and a shared understanding of the goal matter to us.
We value initiative and do not limit people to a single job title. If you see how a process can be improved, discuss it, suggest it and take part in changing it. What matters here is not just completing your task, but understanding how it affects the work of the whole team.

Storekeeper
Receiving, putting away, storing and picking goods in the warehouse. Monitoring operations and following established processes.

Warehouse logistics operator
Coordinating warehouse operations, working with data and documents, tracking the movement of goods and interacting with other participants in the process.

Occupational safety engineer
Monitoring compliance with occupational safety requirements at RFL sites, taking part in inspections and developing the safety system for work processes.

Account manager
Finding and developing new clients, preparing logistics proposals and taking part in launching new RFL projects.

Logistics specialist
Planning and coordinating logistics operations, tracking the movement of goods and working with the warehouse and transport units.
